The situation was notably akin: a lack of bone in the upper jaw, particularly in the posterior regions of the maxillary sinuses, due to periodontal disease. In a parallel journey, the lady had explored various surgical options but was reluctant to undergo autologous bone grafts or extensive lifts of the maxillary sinuses. Subsequent phases involved the lady in crucial decisions regarding the shape, size, and color of the teeth, guided by our master artisan prosthetist. This careful and personalized process led to the creation of a custom ceramic dental prosthesis.
The day before the final delivery, final tests were conducted to ensure the perfect functionality and occlusion of the prosthesis.
